Scholarship and Cosmetology Application
If you receive TANF Benefits financial assistance may be available through your local social services office. Call 443-630-0037 for assistance.
Please complete an application so that you can start your journey to becoming a hair stylist or nail tech.

We accept The ECMC Scholars Program
CC's Beauty Institute LLC is DARS approved. Participants can receive tuition assistance if they qualify for the program.
Tuition assistance is available through WIOA.
If participant is a foster child tuition assistance may be available depending on participants age.
